Oroville dam is hurting. spill way is damaged and over flow area is damaged.
then there is 5 more days of rain coming in. the powers that be have evacuated
over 180,000 people from the flood zone area.. highway 99 is bumper to bumper
as folks plow out of the danger zone.
question is there was just a quake there;

why quakes started after it was filling up. after the 2.1 today I wonder what is next.
5 to 8 inches of rain due in the next 5 days starting Thursday will a quake do a foot drop
and cause the dam to burst....there goes Sacramento and every small home along the
river's edge. will old town Sacramento flood?
